After the parquet is laid, it must be maintained for at least 24 hours before it can be used, otherwise it will affect the use effect of the parquet. Generally, the water resistance of solid wood parquet is poor, and it is not advisable to wipe it with a damp cloth or water to avoid tarnishing. In the future daily life, it is necessary to maintain the parquet well, and the measures are as follows:
      (1) The humidity in the room should not be too large, keep the floor dry, smooth, and clean daily, and use a wrung out cotton mop to wipe it; In case of stubborn stains, wipe with a neutral cleaning solvent and then wipe with a wrung out cotton mop, and never use organic solvents such as acids, alkaline solvents or gasoline.
      (2) In daily use, it is necessary to pay attention to avoid scratching the floor with hard objects such as heavy metal sharps, glass porcelain tiles, shoe nails, etc.; Do not expose the floor to an open flame or place a high-power electric heater directly on the floor; It is forbidden to place strong acidic and alkaline substances on the floor; Prolonged flooding is prohibited.
      (3) In order to maintain the beauty of parquet and prolong the service life of the paint surface, it is recommended to wax and maintain it twice a year. Wipe the floor clean before waxing, then apply an even layer of floor wax to the surface, and wipe with a soft cloth after a little drying until smooth and shiny.
      (4) If a large area of water is accidentally soaked or partially soaked in water for a long time, if there is open water retention, it should be blotted dry with a dry cloth in time and let it dry naturally, and it is strictly forbidden to use an electric heater to dry or expose it in the sun.
      (5) Long-term exposure to strong sunlight, or the sharp rise and fall of the temperature in the room may cause the premature aging of the parquet paint, which should be avoided as much as possible.
      (6) If the place where the installation is completed is not lived for the time being, the indoor air circulation should be maintained, and it should not be covered with plastic paper or newspaper, so as to avoid the surface paint film sticky and tarnishing for a long time.
      (7) Clean the floor regularly and vacuum to prevent the accumulation of sand or frictional dust from scratching the surface of the floor. Shoe mats can be placed outside the door to prevent sand or rubbing dust from being brought indoors. When cleaning the floor, you can use a wrung out cotton mop to wipe it off. Do not wipe the test floor with a wet mop or corrosive liquids (e.g., soapy water, gasoline).
      (8) If the outdoor humidity is greater than the indoor humidity, the doors and windows can be closed tightly to keep the indoor humidity low, and if the outdoor humidity is less than the indoor humidity, the doors and windows can be opened to reduce the indoor humidity. In humid and muggy weather, you can turn on the air conditioner or electric fan.
      (9) In order to increase indoor air humidity in autumn and winter, humidifiers can be used to keep indoor air humidity at 40%-80%.
      (10) When moving furniture, it should not be pushed or pulled directly on the floor, but should be lifted and moved and placed gently. Furniture that is frequently moved can be glued with a layer of eraser at the bottom.
